This advanced tire labeling material is composed of a 25µ aluminized PET face, offering a smooth, metallic surface that provides both a visually striking finish and exceptional durability. The Hotmelt Rubber adhesive base provides strong initial adhesion (28N/25mm) and maintains reliable performance over time, with 20-minute peel adhesion values of 30N/25mm at 180° and 14N/25mm at 90° on steel surfaces.

Product Application
The adhesive of this material is very strong, with waterproof effect, able to resist water flushing, can penetrate into the concave surface to stick firmly. Especially its function to full the softener which leak from the surface of the tyre, making it more difficult to fall off.
It’s suitable for premium tyre labelling, also particularly for cloth, leather and so on which are very difficult to stick on. For delivery, with durable property.

Converting
Avoid material deformation caused by overheating. It can be applied to various printing methods such as flexographic printing, letterpress printing and screen printing, and has good expressiveness to ink.
